New on-premise installation available (7.5.7)

EnergyCAP Version 7.5.7 is now available for self-hosted installation. This latest release includes many new features and enhancements including:

  • EnergyCAP Version 7 Audits and Bill Flags—All bills entered or imported with EnergyCAP Version 7 will be automatically audited for data issues. Problem bills will be flagged by the system. Users can also manually flag bills for follow-up. Flagged bills may be assigned to EnergyCAP users for follow-up/resolution, and Cost Recovery values can be tracked on each bill.
  • Cost Avoidance features fully available in EnergyCAP Version 7—With this update, all Cost Avoidance actions are now enabled within EnergyCAP Version 7. Cost Avoidance results and settings are visible within EnergyCAP Version 3, however, all Cost Avoidance calculations are performed in EnergyCAP Version 7 after this release.
  • Interval data improvements—Interval data can now be updated and deleted in bulk with a new setup spreadsheet.
  • Route management—Submeter routes can now be created and maintained. A new spreadsheet format is available for collecting route data offline and then uploading values directly to EnergyCAP.
  • Chargeback calculation enhancements—Interval data can now be automatically rolled-up into monthly readings as part of the bill calculation process. Demand values can also be calculated while generating chargeback bills.
  • Rate schedules can be created for chargeback engine—Rate schedules can now be created/maintained for use within bill calculations.
  • Separate bill history window—Open a dedicated bill history window to help visualize bill data during bill entry and while viewing existing bills.

In addition to making our software easier to use, we've also been working to make the installation process for EnergyCAP Version 7 straightforward for your IT staff. • A troubleshooting guide to help resolve common installation issues
  • A new report update process that does not require ongoing IT assistance
