Report-03

Setup Report (Excel only)

An Excel report providing a comprehensive list of all your UtilityManagement objects. The report lists all accounts, vendors, cost centers, meters, and meter GL information. Standard custom fields are included. This report is useful in identifying missing or incorrect information.

Any meters not linked to an account are not included in Report-03.

Set your filters

1. To limit the report to a subset of data, set a filter such as Topmost place, Building group, or Commodity.

Example

A report of all the active accounts for the City Hall building.
