Report-16 is an Excel report that helps you identify and fix bill import errors, also known as kickouts.

What is does

• Lists all bills that failed to import correctly.
• Provides detailed information about each error.
• Includes full bill details to help you troubleshoot and resolve issues.

How it works

• If no filters are selected, the report automatically runs for today's date.
• You can adjust filters to view errors from a specific date range, account, or import batch.

Set your filters for Report-16

If no filters are selected the report uses the current day.

Subscribe to Report-16

You can use the subscription feature to have this report sent to you only when there are import errors.

First set your report filters, for example.

The second step is to configure the subscription to only send the report if there are errors.

Available filters for Report-16

Recommended filters

• Batch - Filter to include bills from one or more batches. TIP: You can combine with other filters if you want to refine your results. 
• Error message - Select one or more error messages to include in the report.
• Import date - Select a date range for the report.

Optional Filters

• Batch status - Select the batch status to include in the report.
• Imported by - Select one or more users to include in the report.
