Bill Calendarization Details

An Excel report that provides the calendarized cost, use, and emissions output per bill for a 12-month period. This report is helpful in understanding how the cost, use, and emissions data from a bill is allocated to the appropriate month during the calendarization process.

1. Decide if you need to narrow the focus of the report.
   • Select a specific group of sites or meters.
   • Set the filter Topmost place name or Topmost place code.
   • Select a specific commodity or vendor.

• Date range - When you select less than or equal to this sets the end date for the report.

Recommended filters for Report-47

• Market based - Location based emissions are used if this filter is not selected or set to No.
• Meter group - lets you filter the report to a specific group of meters.
• Site group - lets you filter the report to a specific group of sites.
• Topmost place code - Select the topmost organization or site you want to be included. When you set a topmost organization or site it is the highest level of the facilities tree used, this lets you select a subset of data from your tree for reporting.
• Topmost place name - Select the topmost organization or site you want to be included. When you set a topmost organization or site it is the highest level of the facilities tree used, this lets you select a subset of data from your tree for reporting.
