Watts AI (Beta)

Watts AI can be changed to a floating, resizable window that stays visible as you navigate throughout the application. This makes it easier to ask questions in context while viewing a site, meter, account, or other record—without losing your place.

Reduce audit noise

In the April 15th release, we added the ability to skip three audits for specific commodities that are not delivered on a regular schedule. This release expands that list with seven additional commodities that are excluded by default:

• Biodiesel
• Butane
• Compost
• Diesel fuel
• Recycle
• Refuse
• Trash

Payment file export

The payment file export now includes the vendor invoice number in the Comments field. This helps vendors more easily match incoming payments to invoices listed on remittance checks.

New bill list column

A new Delivery Method column is now available in bill lists. This column shows how a check payment was sent. This delivery method is only populated for new bills and is not retroactively applied to existing bills.
