Interval Data completeness metric

For monthly interval data channels, data completeness is now calculated using the previous calendar month rather than the previous 30 days. This determines whether readings cover the entire previous month, relative to the current date.

Bill Capture batch filter 

The Bill Capture Uploads view now includes a Batch Name filter. Type any part of a batch name to narrow the list of visible files.
