We've added new column options for bill lists to help you manage your bills.

• Anticipated bill creation date
• Anticipated statement date
• Bill CAPture method
• Billing frequency
• Landlord account

Smart Analytics

Meter Powerview

We've upgraded the meter Powerview to give you more control and flexibility when viewing interval data.

You can now select any channel on a meter—giving you deeper in sights into your data. The primary value is selected by default.

Use the side panel icon to:

• Change the chart type
• Apply a schedule overlay
• Display a different channel, the summarization method is listed in parenthesis

Routes

Routes have been updated to work with the new Interval Data module and channels.

Reports

New Report — Report-33 Overdue bills

An Excel report that identifies accounts that are missing expected bills based on forecasted billing patterns. The report uses billing frequency, anticipated bill creation date, and anticipated statement date found on the account properties page to determine when a bill should be received and whether it is missing.

Report-04 update

Fixed the issue where the report failed to download when building floor areas were in different units.

Fixed an issue where the report failed to download when the Group By filter was not used.
