Account-level audits

In addition to stopping audits for a specific account, you can now configure audits at the account level that override the system audit defaults.

You can set the account back to system defaults at any time.

Bill CAPture fields added as filters and columns

You can now use more Bill CAPture fields as filters and columns in your bill lists. This helps you quickly see and manage the processing status of your bills.

New filter/column options:

• Received
• Sent for processing
• Returned from processor
• Processing complete

Bill Details card

The Bill Details card now includes these same options listed above on the Status Updates tab.

Routes option now located in Chargebacks module

The Routes option has been moved to the Chargebacks module. All funcationality remains the same—only the location has changed.

EnergyCAP Home access

The EnergyCAP Home option moved from the app switcher to your User avatar drop down.

Create menu

The Create menu has been updated and streamlined to show only the most frequently used options, making it quicker and easier to find what you need.

CarbonHub

Effective June 24, CarbonHub will be fully integrated into UtilityManagement. 

You'll start to see some UI and text updates as we get ready for the big release!
