Bill Capture reports

After each zip file is successfully processed in your database, then you'll receive a notification with links to the following reports. You can configure how you receive these notifications.

Report 11 – Single Batch Detail

Summarizes all bills processed in the batch.

Report 09 – Bill PDF

Provides a standardized PDF format of bills flagged with bill audits.

Report 12 – Visual Bill Audit

Reports on account/meter history and trend charts for each flagged bill.

Report 27 – Bill Flags

Generates a list of flagged bills, including flag details.
