Re-run Audits
Protecting your team's work just got easier. When re-running audits, the option to reopen previously resolved issues is now set to No by default. This means that if a bill has already had an issue resolved, EnergyCAP will leave it alone—no accidental undoing of completed work.
If you do need to reopen resolved issues as part of your audit process, simply check the box to enable that option before rerunning. You stay in control.

Watts AI (beta)
Your AI-powered energy insights are now more portable than ever. Watts AI responses can now be exported as a CSV file, making it easy to take your data outside the platform for deeper analysis, sharing with stakeholders, or building custom reports. This is especially useful when Watts AI returns tabular data—now you can work with it exactly the way you want.
Bill Capture error tracking update
EnergyCAP now supports real-time error (kickout) tracking in Bill Capture. When you resolve an error in EnergyCAP, Bill Capture automatically updates with the new status—no manual refresh or guesswork. The Uploads and Import File List views always reflect the current state, so your team can trust what they're seeing from the moment an error is resolved to the moment a bill is processed.
Bill list: Total amount for selected bills
The Bill List now displays the total dollar amount inline when multiple bills are selected. This small but handy addition makes it easy to quickly tally amounts without leaving the list.

Active Account Alert audit change
When a batch status changes from Pending to Open or Closed, the Active Account Alert audit now runs along with the standard audits.
Previously, this audit only ran after a bill import.
Note: This audit is triggered only by batch status changes. Moving a bill between batches does not trigger the audit.
