Updates to Bill Flags

You can now manage bill flags and bill flag issues independently.

Bill Flag rules

• When all flag issues are resolved, the flag is automatically resolved.
• When the flag is resolved, all flag issues are automatically resolved.
• If an edit to the bill did not fix one of the issues that was previously manually resolved, that issue will be reopened. For example, high use or cost.
• One bill flag can have one or more issues.

Edit emissions source categories and factors in bulk

You can now select multiple emissions sources and edit the categories and factors in bulk. These updates can only be completed in the application and NOT with a setup spreadsheet.

Example

1. In the Emissions module, for All Emissions Sources, set your filters.
2. Select your emissions sources.
3. Use Edit Category and Factor to update or reset to default.
