Emissions sources module
Use the Emissions module to view and manage emissions sources, collections and records. You can work with the full hierarchy or drill into a single emissions source to view its records.
Steps to using the Emissions module
Gather data
An emissions source consists of records detailing the origin and quantity of greenhouse gases. Examples of emissions sources include electric use on a building, fleet vehicles, flights for buisness travel, and emisssions from the production and transportation of purchased goods.
Records use factors to generate your total quantifiable emissions data for a specific time period. You can enter a record based on use, cost, or direct/offset emissions
Stay organized
Collections are groups of emissions sources such as sites, departments, locations, and regions. You can nest collections to match your organization's structure.
Record lists help you find records and take actions on the them. You can make custom records lists and group records based on criteria other than their emissions source including scope category or factor.
Analyze and share
Use dashboards to visualize and analyze your emissions data. Dashboards can be customized and shared with other team members or posted publicly.
Keep your stakeholders in-the-know on the progress of your carbon reduction projects by running reports on your emissions data. Reports can be configured to send to others automatically on a schedule you define.
